  • I offer a range of solutions to meet your needs. We offer coverage for all types of wedding ceremonies, including multi-day events, micro weddings, elopements, destination ceremonies, and beyond!

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through my booking form with your date and desired coverage. I’ll get back to you with a proposal for a 20% deposit.

    Once everything is locked in, about a month or so ahead of the wedding, we will schedule a call to sort through the final details and timeline.

  • I provide an editorial and authentic approach to portraits and event coverage. I prefer to be as hands-off as possible to enable your personality and love story sit at the center of every photo – and I’m happy to help with posing if needed. My favorite photos always come from the unplanned moments that pop up during the day.

    Kate Stone Studio is inclusive to all cultural ceremonies, genders, and sexualities.

  • I offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. Wedding packages start at $1250 for elopements and go up based on the hours of coverage needed.

    The amount of coverage impacts the volume of photos that can be delivered. Bridal party, ceremony requirements, and location restrictions are just some of the items that may impact the coverage you may need.

  • Absolutely not! I’m happy to lock in your booking with an educated estimate of the amount of coverage needed. Changes can be made at any point in the planning process by amending and mutually resigning our agreement.
